spare key?

I've always loved keys! I remember at a young age looking at all my dads keys asking him if he needed all of them. I usually ended up with a few of his extras!

Now I can wear one all the time with this necklace that features a vintage inspired skeleton key and a lime green Austrian Savarsky Crystal briolette! This one's mine, but you can get your own from my etsy shop!

Hooter Stuffy

I made this cute owl stuffy with a template that I cut with my cricut using the Stamping cartridge. I used Wonder Under to adhere the striped fabric to his belly. I think he turned out really cute, and love how you can use the cricut for such a wide variety of projects!

Blessed Day Butterfly Card

I had some free time today, so I made a new card! I really love how this one turned out. The paisley print paper is by making memories and the rest of the paper is from a scrap swap. The butterfly is cut at 2" and is from the Stamping cricut cartridge, and the sentiment is cut at 1" and is also from the Stamping cartridge. I used a scallop punch on the grey paper, but forget the brand. :( I also used a corner punch on all the corners.

Schwartz's, Montreal City, May 20 - 26th

This deli has been in operation since 1928! And is positively the best place to get Montreal's famous smoked meat sandwich! Smoked meat heaped on rye bread and served with mustard. Add fries, coleslaw and a pickle and call it a day! If you ever go to Montreal, this deli is a must! I'll even give you the address! 3895 Boul, St. Laurent, Montreal. (

An old building, sweet graffiti in China town, the subway, and a swirling staircase.

Montreal City, May 20 - 26th

My husband and I recently went to Montreal, Quebec for a holiday. It was such an amazing trip! History there is so different than where I live on the opposite coast!
